मास्टर ऑफ कॉमर्स (एमकॉम) ही पदव्युत्तर पदव्युत्तर पदवी आहे ,ज्यात वाणिज्य, व्यवस्थापन ,विपणन ,अंकेक्षण आणि अर्थशास्त्र संबंधित विषयांवर लक्ष केंद्रित केले गेले आहे. वाणिज्य पदवीधर पदवी प्रमाणेच राष्ट्रकुल राष्ट्रांमध्येही ही पदवी दिली जाते.

Given this structure, the Master In Commerce differs from other business and management degrees. Its concentration on one area distinguishes it from generalist degrees, such as the मास्टर ऑफ बिझिनेस ऍडमिनीस्ट्रेशन; some universities offer the M.Comm in general management, although this is more similar to the Master of Management than to the MBA.

Admission is usually on the basis of an existing Bachelor's (or similar compatible) degree, generally the Bachelor of Commerce.
